Antique print of the Emperor of Solo published in 1880.
This print is likely depicting Susuhunan (Sunan) Pakubuwono IX. A successor kingdom to the Mataram Sultanate, the Susuhunan of Solo were one of the few monarchies in the Indies to have kept power well into modern times. Today, there is still a royal family in Solo though they do not rule in the same way as the Sultan of Yogyakarta.
